Spot the dude with a hard-on. Yep, that's Counsellor Klas Ljungberg, Deputy Head of Mission in the United Arab Emirates. His response? "Part of my job involves spending time with the Country's Emirs". On this 'day at work', an Emir throws a party, throws in some air hostesses and hey, who is Ljungberg to renege on his work?Nice. But why do such guys always choose the wrong spots?
